ASYLUM APPLICATION

Are You Eligible?

Canada is internationally recognized for its commitment to protecting human rights and its humanitarian asylum system. Asylum applications are for individuals in Canada who have a well-founded fear of persecution in their country of origin because of their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group.

The process begins with submitting an application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or at a port of entry (airport, port, border). If the application is deemed admissible, it is forwarded to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), which will decide whether the applicant meets the criteria to be recognized as a refugee under Canadian law.

At Abodan Immigration Service, we support our clients at every stage of the process:

  • Complete preparation of the case file and collection of relevant evidence;

  • Drafting a strong personal statement of reasons;

  • Legal guidance and representation at the hearing before the IRB;

  • Administrative follow-up until the final decision.

Our goal is to offer you human, confidential and professional support, ensuring the compliance of your case and the effective defense of your rights.
